Stephan has provided legal services relating to various aspects of the Entertainment and Media Industries. In addition to litigation services, he has provided advice and opinion concerning federal and provincial laws and regulations applying to the telecommunications, film, theatre and musical recording industries.  Stephan further provides legal services concerning copyright, licensing, publication, production and distribution issues. His clients include film production companies, booking agencies, authors, publishers, artists, actors and musicians and he has also assisted with negotiations for individual performer and production contracts for film projects and live performances.
